We are curretly at approximately 14% -- DUCIOA requires and 80% vote. If we wait and continue to allow investors into the neighborhood, the window will close as non-renters will not have the voting power to make the change.
The HOA Board reported on September 24, 2025 that the percentage is approximately 14%. Why approximately? There is seasonal fluxations and there may be people that are not registering the rental.
You should speak up. Submit a contact the Board form with your thoughts, talk to your neighbors and encourage them to also spread the word..
There will be times when the rentals are at capacity for the cap and times when there is a waitlist. We beliieve that there should be a valve in the process for financical hardship..
It's possible that there will be too many rentals to ever make a change in the future and there won't be enough votes available to make the change..
